You're outside the building, just south of the control room. Heat exchangers on the left dissipate the heat generated in the cyclotron, magnets, etc. A system of closed heat exchangers inside the main building ensures that the mildly radioactive water used to directly cool the cyclotron is circulated and not released to the environment.
