10cm beryllium cassette (target). Water Cooled target. The beam comes from the right and travels through the target in the long direction and exits on the left. The beam is 5 to 7 mm high and 2 to 5 mm wide, depending on the tune we're running and the target we're using. Nominal 2mm wide by 6mm high. 150 microamps CW proton beam or 500 MeV protons. Typical material is beryllium or carbon, although cassette structure may change for carbon. The copper targets are 10 times shorter.
