Initialization of any IORFIs must be done after the FASTBUS crate is switched on. If the IORFIs are not initialized, all CFIMENU commands that give rise to FASTBUS operations will not work.
Assuming IORFIs are present in the crate:
To initialize IORFIs : A. Log onto KAON and type
$RUN SYS$SYSTEM:IORFI_INIT
