Primary, Secondary Address, Write Block.

The second operand address points to a parameter list containing the following 4 parameter(s):

1. Primary Address
2. Secondary Address
3. Word Count
4. Starting Address of data

The block is terminated normally by exhausting the word count. The MS field gives the MS code for the Primary Address.
