Primary, Secondary Address, Read Block with a word count guard.

The second operand address points to a parameter list containing the following 4 parameter(s):

1. Primary Address
2. Secondary Address
3. Word Count
4. Starting Address of data

The block is terminated normally upon receipt of an SS=2. Exhausting the word count will generate an error. The MS field gives the MS code for the Primary Address.
