Primary, Secondary Address, Read Random.

The second operand address points to a parameter list containing the following 3 parameter(s):

1. Primary Address
2. Secondary Address
3. Address to store data

The MS field gives the MS code for the Primary Address. Bus Arbitration is part of the Primary Address. If the SSP does not already have mastership it will try to gain mastership.
