Secondary Address, Read Block with a word count guard.

The second operand address points to a parameter list containing the following 3 parameter(s):

1. Secondary Address
2. Word count
3. Starting address of the block

The block is terminated normally upon receipt of an SS=2. Exhausting the word count will generate an error.
