5.7 Pedestal disable

The subtraction of pedestal data may be disabled by setting a control bit. This is equivalent to loading all the pedestal values with zero. This feature would normally be used while doing a pedestal run (taking data with no input signals to establish a baseline used for calculating pedestal values). Pedestals may be re-enabled to their previous values by writing the complimentary control bit.
