An error LED is provided on the front panel which indicates a power supply
fault. This is lit if one or more power supply voltages have fallen below a
set limit, typically as a result of a blown fuse. This information is also
available in CSR#0
(assuming that the supply to the FASTBUS
interface is not affected).
