Permanent Hold

To prevent a caller from hearing background conversation:

• Momentarily depress the link button or switchhook. You will he two beeps followed by a dialtone.
• Dial the access code #4.
• Either
  • Hang up. A single ring is heard every 60 seconds as a reminder. Lift handset to return to the held party.
  Or
  • Leave handset off hook. No reminder ring is given. Momentarily depress the link button or switchhook to return to the held party.
